I'm moving to America after several months and I really want to get in to football, but there's no football in my country only soccer. What kind of workouts or physical preparation should I be taking up until I move to America? Should I focus on speed and stamina or size and strength if I'm hoping to be a quarterback or wide receiver. I will tryout at high school( 10th grade) next year, any tips for training and diet?
I'm 16 years old btw
Here are some of my lifts:
Bench: 201
Squat:198
deadlift:308
Clean:132
Can run 40 yard dash in 17 seconds
Stats: height:5 ft11
Weight:187 pounds
Bodyfat %: 11-13%
