Hey im new here and i was wondering about GDA's. i see there several threads about this but they include only few products. i was wondering what would you recommend for someone who is gaining muscles easy but fat too, especially when i up my carbs. so from this list what would u recommend: biotest indigo, san Na r-ala, MD's Ultimate Glucose Disposal Agent, Slin-Sane, Glycobol, AST r-ala?

If you are gaining too much unwanted fat you may simply be eating too much or increasing calories too quickly, but if you are trying to put on muscle mass it is almost inevitable that you will end up gaining some fat. That being said Na-R-ALA + Agmatine, SNS Glycophase and Omega Sports Burn 24 are some popular options.

^ great advice - you may be overeating / underestimating calories. Being deliberate with GDAs is also helpful - sometimes people use them with cheat meals as an excuse to eat high fat / high carb as if it will block fat/calories - rather than helping with efficiency, reducing bloat, effects on blood sugar/insulin sensitivity etc.
OP I'd recommend Blue Star Glycodrive - lots of great feedback on the forum and one of the best nutrient partitioners I've used.

I Glycobol and Slin-sane is good stuff imo. However if you find that your gaining fat easily with carbohydrates I would encourage dropping your carbohydrates down a touch and maybe keeping them in the pre/post workout meals for better utilization by the body.

Realistically if you're trying to gain muscle mass you're going to gain fat. If you think you're gaining too much fat you need to dial down the calories a bit. GDAs can be beneficial on a bulk i guess, i like them more for recomp or cuts. I've used, and like, SNS Glycophase and Slin Sane (original), i can vouch for Burn24 being good.

I'll say it again, Agmatine + Na-R-ALA or ALA mega dosed, + ALCAR
Something like Defuse + an GDA would be useful pre cheat or binge (thanksgiving, holidays, etc).
GDA best used on a cut though IMO but still believe the Agmatine + Na-R-ALA + ALCAR combo is very useful for any situation just because of all the other benefits associated with the three.PEScience Representative

Na-r-ala in what dosage? also is this one good AST r-ala?
also if i eat carbs only 2 hours, maybe hour and a half before workout ( around 60 g of carbs from oats) and immediatelly after the workout ( around 50g of carbs from white rice), should i be taking 1 capsule with each of those 2 meals or is timing to close. rest of day is just pro/fatLast edited by gaarazg; 11-15-2015 at 11:58 AM. GDA's are a good way to help the body utilise your carbs more efficiently.
The first one i used that could be classed as a GDA now a days was Anabolic Pump by USPlabs and still is a pretty good product to be honest.
A couple that are more enhanced GDA's and are very good are -

AD (formally Anabolic Designs) - Matador
Both have given exellent results when taken with your two highest carb meals of the day. I think in general 1 capsule of each of these can utilise around 50g of carbs for you.Believe to Achieve

Thinking of running ABE with Phospha Muscle (PA). From what I've read, ABE has GDA properties while not being a full GDA. Would this be a decent GDA-like supplement to use on a recomp, along with the strength building aspects of ABE, I figure I am sort of killing two birds with one stone (GDA and strenth building supp)?
