It's 8PM of a day eating clean and shoving ridiculous amounts of greens down my throat, macros in check and I'm still 900 cals away from the daily caloric allowance I'm targeting.. The thought of a juicy burger haunts me, the moisture of the patty combined with the crunchiness of the lettuce and the onion.. And the thought of the ketchup dripping of it's side.. maybe knowing that i'm driving home to another plate of steamed broccoli made it 10 times worse..
I'm just trying to convince myself why I shouldn't have that 30 grams of protein, 40 grams of carbs and 10 of saturated fat down and still have some 400 cals to spare for some salmon and brown rice before bed... Thoughts anyone?
