Welcome to you both.
So I've been dealing with a bum shoulder for the last 6 weeks. Turns out to be rotator cuff tendonitis. During this time I've basically been cutoff from doing anything with my right arm. My workouts have tanked, my motivation is fizzling each day. I am still able to train with my left for upper body movements and to train legs, but I know I'm not going at 100%.....hopefully this doesn't last much longer.
At least the legs are still relatively decent:

I work for Goodlife Fitness...so any one of them I want to work out in.
Take your time with rotator cuff.....it will love you later for being patient with it now. I overplayed squash years ago...too much too fast and rotator is not fun to deal with.No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying - Tony Robbins

Been a member for a few years - finally decided to put this profile to good use as I'm starting to lack motivation some days.
From Toronto, used to work at the GoodLife in Toronto Pearson. Don't work for the company anymore, but still work out there. Mainly still use it because they're literally everywhere I moved downtown last June and there's 5 within walking distance.
Also, I can go visit almost anywhere really (in Canada), and be able to get a workout in.
Also...FIRST POST! Woo! lol

Hello everyone!
I've been a member of BB.com for a while but I have mainly used it for programs and for ordering supps. Now I'm starting a new program and would like to see if anyone out there has started it as well. It's the Alex Savva's 12-week Freakmode one that came out not too long ago. Main goal at this point is to cut I bc I have a trip down south in January and I would like to be in the single digits of BF%, and I know it will be challenging with the holiday season sandwiched right in the middle of the 12-week period but hopefully you guys will help me stay in line. I'm excited about the new program though!

Well after 6 weeks of religious dieting (lifestyle changing lol), I'm down 30 lbs. I'm really happy with this, but expecting I'll hit a plateau within the next 10-15 lbs or so. Just have to keep my chin up and keep grinding when that happens I guess!
Bench Max: 380 lbs
Deadlift Max: 505 lbs x2
Squat Max: 365 lbs
Incline Bar Max: 350 lbs x1
