Push workout yesterday with this massive black dude in his 30s yesterday who goes to my gym. Dudes been riding the bicycle for like 10 years, reps out 405, etc. Never did more volume in my life. Was completely unnecessary since I'm cutting but was fun anyway. So sore I could hardly drive today

Flat bench 12 8 6 3 1 burnout burnout
gironda dips 5x10
Rope pushdowns/pushups superset x5
bar pushdowns/lat raises superset x5
overhead extensions/front raises superset x5
CGBP pyramid (100 reps total lol)
More raises/delt work...MFW cheeks are sunken in a bit and jawline is razor sharp. So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

Began running PHAT training. Made my own program completely just following the basic days they give.

ohp press is great, specially for general upper body strength and such. but did anyone realize that for bbing, raises are superior and in fact technically, should be done even before presses as the deltoid muscles primary function is abduction in the frontal plane (side lateral raise movement)

tried PHAT for a week, wasn't really feeling it
tried John Otis Hollywood's split today, which is pmch phat but different exercises and reps.
Upper power day was dope.
Got 200lbs x 5 on paused incline bench, beta lifts are beta.
but probably the heaviest lift I've done in monthsLiftin' or Blazin'
