Compared to previous showings, he is lacking in conditioning.

The lower back isn't as detailed, his quad separation is fading and his torso in the FDB (chest/abs/lats) are lacking in definition.

That is, compared to his older showings.

We'll wait for the HD pictures to compare.

phil was pretty much as lean as he's ever been, tons of lines in his glutes. but i think he came in a little flat, maybe to control his midsection? i suspect he is going to seal the deal tomorrow night and come in more full and round

Phil in a close contest. Considering how close it was last year, with kai edging him imo, and considering he got perfect scores, i assume he will again have perfect scores. Therefore, i believe the deal is sealed. Looking forward for the scores tomorow

Dexter was sliced and diced, competitions paying the price. color,conditioning,oil, posing all on point.
Although it seemed he couldn't spread his lats in the rear lat spread... a tad small but he has the illusion of size and is just so well put together.

I wouldn't bat an eye if Dexter walks with this one, he brought it. Has contest prep down to a science

Phil was on point, peeled, full, and tight core, everything was popping...he gets out sized by Wolf, but every pose my eyes went straight to him especially the back double and back lat. Better version of 2013 IMO. Those delts when he hits a most muscular are just ridiculous

Wolf and Rhoden also on point though, Rhoden has put on a lot of size in the last 2 years and still in great condition. I could see Rhoden getting 2nd Wolf 3rd

A competitors past condition is entirely irrelevant. It does not matter one bit if a competitor has progressed, regressed or stayed stagnant.
The only thing that matters is the relative comparison.

One of the only non troll posts in this entire thread. Intelligent analysis. Heath's been out conditioned and outsized and out shapped. Rhoden and Wolf are the two to beat. Heath looked flat and unimpressive with a 2d look and in no way as 3d as Wolf whoes delts were poping. Wolf had at least a 40% width advantage over Heath. NARROW IS A MAJOR FLAW.

Its a real Shame Kai did not enter, he would have without a doubt been the better athlete AGAIN regardless of the behind the scenes deals going down.
