im currently using on micronized creatine, which is micronized creapure. It is a great product. I never liked plain mono. I use to use MRI-Performances CE2 and loved it, but they stopped making it. Ive tried other companies ethyl ester creatines but they werent the same. My on creatine will be done within a week so ill be switching up

CEE isn't as effective as creatine mono.

Drop the arginine as well.

If we're talking muscle/strength related supplements:
-Creatine monohydrate (micronzied)
-Beta Alanine
-Betaine
-Citrulline
-PA (soy lecithin granules to save money, high-dosed PhosphaMuscle if cost is not a factor)
If we're talking non-muscle-related stuff, things for general life (cognition, stress, etc):
-ALCAR
-Ashwagandha
-Rhodiola
-Bacopa
-Caffeine (+theanine, although that makes 6 ingredients)
I've been moving towards prioritizing on the latter type of supplements more recently. It'd be difficult to pick only 5 total from the 11 supplements I listed above though.

Great thread
Creative (obvious)
Caffeine (energy)
Citruline/nitrates (pump)
4 BA (endurance)
5 LCLT/HICA (recovery, don't know how they work)
6 TMG (always have, not really sure what it does, strength via absorbing water into the cells?)
7. HMB-FA (in my Ergonine, not really sure what it does)
8. Taurine (energy? Not really sure how it works, but in a lot of things I take)
9. Glucogenerate (spelling?), b-phenylalanine
However, this thread has opened my eyes a little. I know what things I take regularly and what things I look to always have in my products, but not really sure why or how they work (I'm type A and hate not understanding everything). Could anyone give a brief summary of the 5-9 if you know anything about them?
I'm also curious about PA. It's on here a lot and I've seen people have good results with it. What is it and what does into?
Thanks bros

Agree with you on this. I have my lifting supplements and then things I like more for daily, non workout related use. One supplement I've used that makes a noticeable, measurable difference in my mood/focus is ALCAR. Firm believer in it and will keep taking it. I also like theanine and caffeine di-Malate? Or whatever is in white Rapids. I enjoy the smoothness of it and the lasting affects. I'm also becoming a big believer in just caffeine tabs, no fancy hard to pronounce supplement names. A 200mg caffeine tab at work does more for my focus and energy than almost any preworkout I've taken. Except Neurosurge. Love that stuff.
