ever consider doing those 1-2 night a week "restaurant" deals? it seems like a cool idea if you arent too serious or are trying to see what people think, basically take reservations and orders in advance for like 6 people a night for saturday and/or sunday. it seems like its becoming more popular.

Not really, feel like cooking for strangers at this point might kill the fun I'm having.
For now I'm enjoying the culinary experimentation and learning. I like sharing my findings.
Maybe next year I'll try out for master chef or something but for now I just wanna build a following and stay unmonetized

There is simply no other exercise, and certainly no machine, that produces the level of central nervous system activity, improved balance and coordination, skeletal loading and bone density, muscular stimulation and growth, connective tissue stress and strength, psychological demand and toughness, and overall systemic conditioning as the correctly performed full squat.

Pretty awesome, it was alittle bitter before the maple for my taste but the tablespoon of sugar-free maple just made it pop with the salty/crunch of the bacon.
Got peeps comin over tomorrow.
Making some Sous-Vide ribs that are rockin right now, just threw an attempt at making Potato Pav into the oven...gonna try to make this weird chicken cordon bleu dip recipe I found for munchy times.

Put up a writeup of Brining meat and the science behind it.
We be Brining, come eat your science with a heaping pile of salt (NaCl).

Wish you brahs could taste the shavings on this pav
I was just cutting the edges off to make it a uniform clean rectangle, prepping for when I sear it, and literally just popping the shavings in my mouth at room temperature and they were so fcking good...
Look at that layering with that perfect layer of cream between each row.
