Stats:
23 years old
5' 7", 200lbs
I have been lifting for a 3 years now.
20% bodyfat
About me:
I am currently a full time college student, a part time intern, and a volunteer firefighter. Living a stressful life, as most students do, maintaining a health lifestyle becomes very difficult. With that being said, it all started when I decided to change how I looked, just less then a year ago, when I joined my local gym. I was not obese; I was chubby with almost no muscle mass. The first few weeks were brutal. Not being in the mood, always finding an excuse. But then I saw improvement. I saw how it was changing me. I gained strength. And the fat slowly started to melt away. That’s when I got HOOKED! There have been some ups and downs, but I picked myself up and stayed along for the journey.
I hope to continue my growth with the use of Pump HD
Time to crack open the container and give this product the attention it needs! Stay tuned for some updates on incredients, mixability, and todays workout! Yesterday marked day 1 so ill post an update on that and also update day 2 which is today!

Easy workout… Went with 3 sets of 10 and did some abdominal crunched in between each exercise. The version of PUMP HD is have in is the caffeine version. with 200mg of caffeine, i get great energy and focus throughout my entire workout, even with cardio at the beginning. kicked in at the right time which was in the middle of cardio (approx 15 min after taking it) and constant energy withstanding my entire workout.
I might have to up the dose to 1/2 a scoop, tomorrow as i want to see how the docing will work at 100mg of caffeine.
My next workout will be on tomorrow.. 10x10 deadlifts tomorrow with some type of crossfit circuit before.

Tuesdays and thursdays are days when getting to the gym is difficult. As a firefighter in my town, some responsabilities we uphold is checking the equipment on the trucks so they are in working order every time you take them, as well as training. So most of my physical activity for those days involved what i mentioned above.

Supplements Used:
Preworkout: 1 scoop PUMP HD
The Workout
Workout Start Time: 7:30pm
Cardio: 1 min high intensity 1 min low intensity on and off till 1 mile reached.
10x10 light weight deadlifts for warmup: 135lbs
Crossfit circuit:
5 rounds for time of:
20 wall-ball shots, (20-lb. ball)
225-lb. deadlifts, 10 reps
Workout End Time: 8:30pm
Comment/Concerns:
10x10 deadlifts with some crossfit circuit like mentioned during my last post. Really like these kinds of workouts, as they push you to finish it as fast as possible, with no rest in between. Good thing is, i managed to fit it in 1 hour which was great, and had time to take the girl out for a mini golf date.
Will be heading to the gym today, friday, after work, and will post an update in reference to that.
As for Pump HD, the product is awesome. I just received the new Pump HD in the mail and will open that one up tonight for the workout and ill post a photo and review of both!

Managed to get into the gym on Friday after work for an hour before heading over to job #2 for the night shift. Went with the Bizzy Diet workout. 2 rounds of 20 reps each exercise (bench, row, press, curls, and kickbacks) with cardio in between. No rests!
For those that are not familiar with this program, let me tell you this. If done right, and 100%, it’s a brutal workout. Is not easy. So with that being said, results will happen if followed. I for one try and do this work out, like the 10x10 workout once a week if not once every two weeks. To change things up a bit.

The Workout
Workout Start Time: 7:30pm
Cardio: 1 min high intensity 1 min low intensity on and off till 1 mile reached.
Crossfit circuit:
15-10-6 reps for time of:
Thrusters
Bar muscle-ups
Men use 165 lb., women use 115 lb.
Workout End Time: 8:30pm
Comment/Concerns:
Quick hour workout to finish the week off. Felt great doing thrusters, as I haven’t done those in quite a while, so as you can tell by me saying that is that my time was not very good with getting those 3 sets finished. But I managed to do it. Sunday is sometime an off day for me, depending on what the day has in store for me. If there is alcohol involved, no gym. If I am free, ill go to the gym later in the day. So yesterday, I did not attend the gym lol. BBQ with friends took up the entire day.
Today ill be going to the gym late, around 9pm, after yard work around the house with the father. Ill update later tonight or early tomorrow.

As Rowdy stated, i received both. First the caffeine version and then received the caffeine free version. I will be logging the caffeine free version for the same reason Cjdx mentioned, I workout mainly at night due to early mornings for work, so its perfect for giving me the energy i need to plow though the workout and be able to fall asleep at a timely manner.
Caffeine free it is!***TwinLab MILITIA Member Since 2013***

That was Modays workout. Crazy workout to say the least. This crossfit stuff is really putting a beating on me. Still sore from it today, so ill be doing cardio abs and arms today only to try and not put to much strain on my lower body. (those squats and deadlifts really hit my body hard.)

Comment/Concerns:
Last week as a very busy week for me. Tuesday my friend from the fire department had is first born, so with not having time on Tuesday so visit him and his fiance at the hospital, i went Wednesday to say hello. Baby was premature, weighing at only 3lbs 7oz. so the mother and son are on tight watch. Managed to get to he gym Thursday before fire department activities, and friday before my part time job i work on the weekends. Workouts consited of both crossfit workouts, see below:
The Workout:
Every 2 minutes for as long as possible complete:
From 0:00-2:00
Rope sled pull. 45lbs on sled
185-lb. front squats, 2 reps
From 2:00-4:00
Rope sled pull. 45lbs on sled
185-lb. front squats, 4 reps
From 4:00-6:00
Rope sled pull. 45lbs on sled
185-lb. front squats, 6 reps
Continue adding 2 reps to the front squat each interval for as long as you are able.
The weekend was fun as well. No workouts just some time with the friends and family before the summer is over. Threw a BBQ on Saturday and that went on from 3 to 11pm. Woke up Sunday morning for the beach and enjoyed that till it was time to come home and hit the hay for work the next day. Will update yesterdays, 08/10, workout today.

Well, to be honest with you, I started to see my "basic" workouts start to slack. And i have tried it all. PHT, HST, 5x5 german volume training, etc. it just seemed like the workotus were not pushing and motivating me to get it done and push the maximum weight possible.
Dont get me wrong, I will still do those exercises, but I am not as "excited" to do them as much as i am with crossfit. And for the most part, i get both my cardio and my weight lifting in, at the same time, with crossfit. where as weight training i have to make the extra effort to get cardio in.***TwinLab MILITIA Member Since 2013***

So during the summer i work 40 hours a week, but im known as a intern. i do work full time, but i dont hold a full time position at the moment, so im part time in their eyes. I intern at a electrical contracting conpany based out of NJ doing electrical work in NYC. So I am at a desk all day drawing out layouts for wiring, pipeing, lighting, fire alarm systems etc. and working with engineers to get the sites upa and running.
During the semester i work part time, so only 16 hours a week, as school has a lot of impact on my work schedule, leaving me with minimal time for myself.
busy schedule, as i also volunteer for my towns fire department (currently a lieutenant) during the night hours. so if something happens from 6pm to 6am, I get up and go.***TwinLab MILITIA Member Since 2013***

So ill be posting some updates today as to what workouts happened during the week. Also some photos of Pump HD (caffeine and caffeine free)

Fun week at the gym. Summer is slowly coming to and end and there are many activities i still have to do. Trainging a little harder then ever as i have been taking some state fire and police exams in hope to once work in the public safet field and being paid to do so, so with PT coming in october nevember and december, i have to be on my game. As for Pump HD its an awesome product. Give me great energy without me having any craving for caffeine. which is a great plus. A still some weeks to go on this and then its time for a final review. so stay tuned for that.

Comments/Concerns
Its been a crazy week to say the least. Finished my internship on the 28th and spend the weekend with the family down the shore before attending the fall semester of college. Back to the brutal engineering homework professors never teach there students about. I also managed to take the PA state police exam and a local town police exam as they were hiring and I wanted to give it a shot. also signed up for my states firefighter exam, which will be coming up this November to take the exam. As a firefighter with 5 years experience, the exam shouldnt be too difficult, and beign on that long also gives me some extra points on the exam, so thats a plus.
As for the workouts, they went well. going to be training a lot harder. now that i took these police and fire exams, PT will be at the end of the month so i need to prepare for that. Hopefully Pump HD will give me that energy I need for the workouts ahead of me!
