Hey all. I've got my first physique show this Saturday. I need to shave my body and was curious when and how I should do it. I'm very sensitive to razors, as they give me bumps 100% of the time, including on my neck when I shave my face. During the offseason I just use an electric trimmer. Essentially, I was curious when I should do it and if you have any tips to minimize the bumps.
current plan:
trim today w/ electric (monday)
shave thursday evening or friday morning & use a handful of high end razors

I use the nair hair removal lotion on arms, back and legs around Wed night, then I shave chest/stomach Thur night and I'm fine

I shave with a buzzer first, then a razor on thursday.

Lots of shave cream! I tried nair the Wed. before my show and I got chemical burns all over my body- I would't recommend going that route, as I had little burns on my arms they were hard to see once I slapped a tan on and put peroxide on them for 3 days. A couple nice razors and lots of shave cream will work fine.
