The Epistle of Paul the Apostle to the Galatians 1:7-9
7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

Purp wrath app.
Age: 27
Sex: M
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 167 lbs
Bodytype: mesomorph
Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
I began working out in highschool for fun along side with tennis. I saw how much improvement in strength that would go 3x/week.
I trained throughout college with minimal effort on dieting, just your usual postworkout protein shake. I found out about Max-OTs program through a friend and I gave it a try. The principles I learned through Max are Indispensible!!! Once I graduated, I entered med school..and I only had time for 2-3 workouts/week. I never knew I would become addicted as I am today...
Currently I am in my 4th year (last!) of medical school. The 1st 2 years were tough and I had to cut back on the gym & didn't have much time to cook. But now, I'm wrapping up my med student years and I have much more time to devote to bodybuilding. Begining in September last year 2007, I have dedicated 5-6 days/week on 1 body part/day, I cook most meals and bring them w/ me to the hospital. My goal is to compete by the end of this year.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Essentially, I follow Max-OT principles, but not the exact week to week workout.
6d on, 1d off (or not)
warmup sets: 12(50% of max), 10 (50%), 6 (60%)
Acclimation: 1 (80%)
Working sets: 6reps X 3-4 sets (last rep should be to failure) per exercise; 4 exercises/body part
I always do Heavy compound movments as first excercises.
Mon: Chest (bench, incline dumbell/bench, decline, weighted dips), abs, calves
Tues: Back (weighted pullups, deadlifts, barbell rows, lat pull down)
Wed: basketball
Thurs: Legs (leg ext, sqauts, dumbell straightleg deadlift, hack squats)
Fri: Shoulder (dumbell press, barbell row, machine press, front/lat raises, traps), calves
Sat: Tris (dumbell overhead, skullcrushers, cable), abs & Bis (barbell curl, dumbell curl, cable)
Sun: rest/repeat/Basketball
Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
Mostly Basketball (indoor halfcourt) x 1-2 hours (of course I rest between games if I loose!). It's fun, high intensity, and I get to show off what the efforts of my leg workouts! I play ball every Sunday night (fullcourt) and maybe 2x during the weekdays, postworkout. Of course I get my shake on before I ball...
Current supplements (exact brand/product name):
1. Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Cookies N' Cream
2. Optimum 100% Casein Protein, 2 Lbs., Creamy Vanilla
3. Wellements Microionized Creatine (~5g/day)
4. Nature Made CLA 500mg x3 w/ meals
5. Vitamin Shoppe Amino Complex 1500 mg
6. Gaspari Nutrition SuperPump250, 800 Grams, Blue Raspberry Ice (I take this every 2-3 workouts so my body doesn't adjust to it)
7. Flaxseed oil 1000mg x3 w/meals
8. Animal Pak (1pak/day)
9. Hydroxycut Hardcore (3 tabs on days I don't take SP250)
Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
I'll eat like this during weekdays, weekends I'll eat out once (whatever I want! but nothing outrageously bad..No fastfood!!!)
I do not count calories as I believe it is not an issue as long as you eat healthy decent proportions every 3 hrs...
Breaks down to ~40/40/20, i probably consume ~3000 cal/d
8AM: 40g shake (bananas, milk, oatmeal, protien, peanuts)
11AM: chicken/roast beef/salmon & veg (brocolli, spinach, or greens)
1PM: chicken/roast beef/salmon & veg (brocolli, spinach, or greens)

7PM: post-workout 50g protein shake, apple/blueberries/grapes
9PM: Steak/chicken w/ veg (brocolli, spinach, or greens)
10PM: 20g Casein protein shake / if not full from dinner

Supplement history (as much detail as possible):

Training experience (as much detail as possible.. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF ! ! WHY should we choose you ! !):
I have been lifting weights consistently for a little over a year now. At first, i had no idea what I was doing, but the last 4 months have been very strict pertaining to what exercises I perform and what days I train. I am just getting over an injury and I have been waiting to heal until I was 100% comfortable and confident and I am going to be hitting the gym starting monday for the first time in two weeks. I'm going to go in there with even more passion and dedication than I had before. I missed it so much that I ordered around 200 bucks worth of supps just to keep in the bodybuilding mode. I am just about to start running X Factor, and would love to try Purple Wraath as an intra workout supplement to be able to get my cardiovascular health up with the increased endurance and loss of muscle fatigue.
