    But in all seriousness, you have to remember Anthony, that that is MY log. You all have the choice to sub in and read what I say, or don't. I don't talk about having my period to freak people out or just because I feel like it. It is a training log. You know how people make notes if their kids are up all night and they got little sleep? Or... if they ate really badly all weekend and are feeling lethargic that day? They do that, because it effects their training. Well, unfortunately for me, my period really effects my training. I didn't know it until I looked back in my log and noted that every time my training fell apart, it was during my period. That is why I make notes about it in my log. It effects my training, and it's important that I note it for future reference.

    Please note, I just said 'my period' in Anthony's log 4 times. HA



    As for this, have you ever noticed that I never post vid's in my log? Of me lifting? Do you know why? It's because I have a coach that I send my videos to, privately. The biggest reason that I hired Wade was so that I had ONE professional to tell me what I need to do to help me improve. I had had so many people giving me conflicting advice and I am/was just too new to be able to sort through that advice/information. So, like Penny said, I don't have a log to get training advice. I have Wade for that.



    As for this... I, personally, don't think it's ok to be talking chit about another person in the logs. This is not the big misc. That was totally uncalled for. Everyone has some crazy in them. But to the people who come into your log and don't know me, you have now placed it in their minds that I am nuts, when I'm not. I have my own form of crazy, sure. I'm loud and obnoxious and outspoken. But I also want the best for people and want to see them succeed. There is a saying that you should be lifting people up and not dragging them down. You are doing it very wrong.

    And lastly, and most important... we are both on Team Ogre. I don't expect or need you like me, nor do I really care if you do. But I would think that you could at least have enough respect for the Ogre community/family, not to publicly talk chit about a fellow teammate.

    That wasn't my point. My only reference to the original issue was a joke played off Morty's bump and me being a smart ass to Fawn with the counting.

    My main point was that your replies imply that you do not comprehend what others write. I said nothing about what you said to Fawn to start, only a comment on what she said about how you reply to messages....something that I know for a fact has led to the meat and potatoes of a message being looked over as you focus on one point or another. Read it all, comprehend, think, respond (or not).
