    Tennis Elbow help

So I have been having some soreness on the outside of my arm at the elbow joint and I am assuming it's tennis elbow. I took 2 weeks off of lifting; iced it and took a NSAID. It hasn't seemed to help any. When I lift it very rarely bothers me. I try to choose exercises I know are going put less stress on that are, and I am fine.

My question is, is it ok to continue to workout when I don't experience any pain during the process? I usually experience the pain doing daily life tasks more then anything.

I read on here the best thing to do to prevent tennis elbow and keep it away is to train the forearms more (I admit I don't always target them specifically).

    Thanks fellas
