    Great job bro.

Anything specific you might've done for lower back / love handle fat? I'm similar to where you started at 207. Really want to tighten up these stubborn areas as I lean down.

    Thanks
it just takes time. If you keep to a cut eventually it will come off however if you have wider hips like me it can seem a lot worse than it actually is

Im about to start my first cut.. Kinda nervous i dont want to lose muscle, but i know i will..

How did you cut, as far as how much calories cut, change in diet, cardio etc.
It is better to die on your feet, than to live a lifetime on your knees

    The odds are great
    But my spirit is strong,
    My faith unbreakable,
    My blood is pure.
    I SHALL ENDURE!
    I WILL ENDURE!

I dropped 500 from my tdee and stuck with it, adjusting as my weight went down. The only form of cardio I do is sprinting which I do during a bulk anyways so I didn't add anything new. So the only variable for my cut was the calories which made it easier to handle. Also don't stop lifting heavy; I made that mistake my first cut and lost a lot of strength but this cut I have kept my strength even though I cut lower and for longer.
