Skinny Fat Transformation 2 Years Aesthetics
Hey friends, I just thought I would post this for everyone that thinks if you are skinny fat, you can't look good or "you will never make it" thing is, for us "skinny-fat" people, it takes time, patience, and 10x more hard work than other people that start off skinny, or just fat with alot of mass on them.
First picture, I was about 30-35% Body fat where I am wearing headphones, then I did the typical low calorie crash diets, low carbs, lost plenty of body fat, but don't worry I gained it back. so don't do low calorie bs diets.
2015. I'm at 14% Body fat, still not "Lean" enough, really really happy with the progress though.
Start : 14 Years Old, 90KG, 168CM, 35% Body Fat
End : 16 Years Old, 68KG, 178CM, 14% Body Fat
Skinny fat people, build a fuxing steel-like mindset, and work hard. happy to answer any question.

What you mean by skinny fat ... You were fat back in 2013 and now you are in a good shape .. Shredded all that bf... You weren't skinny fat!

Great job op repped. Curious to know when you started did you cut first to shred most of that fat then bulk up the right way or how did you approach it?

Yes! I cut most of my fat first, I dropped from 35% to 17%, then yes, I know this will sound bad, but I bulked, until 20-22% body fat, fat gains were alot, but muscle gains were also good, then I just cut and recomped my way to now, which is 14-15% body fatOriginally Posted by Bobert4343
