It's going okay so far. I had a great loss last week of more than 4 lbs out of nowhere and this week kinda there was 0.0 difference in weight. I have been eating pretty good so I hope it all goes well with the next weigh-in.

Tuesday & Wednesday were some good walking days. Wednesday wife & I did about 5 miles. 2 in the morning & 3 in the evening. Last night was spent cooking different meats.
Chicken breasts, rib eye & shrimp. Kind of a mini meal prep day. Cut every thing up and put 6 oz in each zip lock bags for easy snack & meal.
Scale has not moved the past few mornings, But we have been really upping our water intake. So guess it will be time to try a lo carb few days to see if we can get the scale to move.@EmmittSmith22: Circumstances may force you to change your short-term goals. Good Morning Everyone.
Well, it's been a good week for me so far but Saturday is my B-Day and a long time friend( since 3rd grade) is coming into town tonight. Him and I only get together a couple times a year so I know there will be a surplus of beer in my immediate future.
I am planning some serious IF today and should make it to the dinner hour with about 2,300 cals to blow before hitting maintenance. Chicken, steaks, asparagus and peppers will be hitting the grill for supper and the axe target is being set up in the back yard.
I will be happy with a push on next weeks weigh in but we will see what happens. I plan on sweating out my hangover on the bicycle tomorrow afternoon as penance for the sins I will commit tonight"Success requires no apologies, failure permits no alibis"

You should try downloading an app like Strava to your phone. It is geared more towards running and cycling but should do the trick for hiking as well. It has a calories burned feature built in that I find to be very conservative when compared to other calculators and even my HR monitor.
Plus it's a fun way to track your route and will give you stats on things like elevation gain, average speed etc."Success requires no apologies, failure permits no alibis"

First things first Happy Birthday!!!!! Sounds like you're planning a wild night/weekend. Hope it is full of shenanigans and fond memories you remember.
I just downloaded that app. Super excited to see how the elevation effects everything since my hikes start and end above 8000 feet. (I live in a forest) I did this hike 2 weeks ago and seriously considered laying down in the dirt and taking a nap 3/4 of the way through.**TUESDAY Weight Loss 15 Week Challenge June 02, To Sep 15 2015**

Yea Happy Birthday
Digi Fit is another free app I use some time works really well combined with heart rate monitor, and syncs with my fitness pal.
I live in a National Park at the bottom of a mountain and going up elevations makes a huge difference in Calories burned. Part of my fitness regime includes walking the dog up mountain for 20 minutes 5 minute sit-down and then back down at a fast paceStill striving to meet my goals even though someone keeps moving the goalposts

Happy birthday frontman44!
So just finished week 9 of C25K but only can run 4k in the 30minutes. Think I will add 2.5minutes each week to get me to 5k in 3 weeks, I may try running slightly faster too.. so will end up being an 11 or 12 week program instead.
Also 3 days ago I ate too many calories (darn pumpkin seeds) so been eating less the past 2 days to make up for it...

A 2.7 mile elevated running trail opened next door to me today (used to be an old railroad) and I went for a run on it. It cost $95mil to build, it's beautiful and will be awesome for running outside. I'm having a great week, down about 5 pounds. Haven't exercised much but my diet has been on point. Just estimating things, not tracking on myfitnesspal like I used to. I've cut out alcohol and soda (any drinks with cals or sugars really) and I've only been drinking water, black coffee, and la croix. It's all about discipline and making good decisions! Ordered a new scale off Amazon today too, the FitBit Aria.
4/18/14: 255lb
6/1//15: 225
Goal 9/1/15: 200lb

Keep weighing myself in the mornings despite knowing it's a road to madness - but given the results are really good so far this week, I keep doing it for the extra motivation! Hope to see some small changes across the board for everyone on Tuesday. First week guys, let's smash the end of it.

Really ****ty weekend so far, I ate/drank around 6000 calories over my deficit on Friday smh. Ate crappy today as well but at least it got canceled out by my huge gym session but ugh, so pissed about Friday.
I feel myself slipping on my diet more and more as of late. Anyone have any mental tricks they've used to get themselves safely back on track?Feb 02: 268.0 lbs

I haven't been on much in the past few days but my eating and lifting has been pretty legit. I started a using the app "running for weight loss" this week. Tonight I had a hankering for some apple pie so I decided to make a "clean" version of my mini pies. They turned out awesome.
I killed legs today. I'm amped for International Chest Day tomorrow. What's the meaning of life?

Oh believe me I know - though given I didn't -start- last Tuesday I'm somewhat confident there's not too much in the ways of water weight. I'm not using it as a guide of how I'm doing per se, I'm not really taking notice of the results that much at all. However, today's weigh-in (I typically weigh in on Monday anyway) put me at under 160 in the first time in bloody ages so maybe if it's a road to madness...I'm getting a hell of a confidence boost along the way!
