hey guys, i just got some Yohimbe pills, but im not sure when to take them.
It says that the dosage is 3 pills a day, but doesnt say when to take em

Y has best effects when taken fasted. Basically you cannot eat 2 hours before or after at least from when you take them. You might want to see about dosages as 3 pills seems kinda on the low side.

Need to be in a fasted state for the Y to be effective. Also, if you add caffeine, you won't need as high of a dose.
Starting low with the dose is always smart and work your way up. If possible, try and dose prior to cardio or any physical activity fasted. If unable to do that, you could for example: get your workout in, then pop the Y pills about 15 minutes before the workout is complete and reap the benefits, especially if you do cardio after training.PEScience Representative

My schedule is like this:
8:00 Wake up - Drinking 1 scoop Alphamine
10:00 - 1-2 scoops of protein
12:00 - First Meal
14:00 - Second Meal
16:00 - Third Meal
18:30 - Alphamine + Prework out - Hitting the Gym
20:30 - After workout Protein Shake
21:30 - Fourth Meal
24:00 - Sleeping
Hours are give or take 30 min ofc
I am not sure when to throw it in....

15mg prime y-hcl with 250mf caffeine via prime fatburner every morning upon waking, eat roughly 4 hours later.... sometimes an additional 2.5-5mg preworkout.

So you took 10mg? Hefty dose for the first time using it. As long as you didn't experience negative side effects, no worries. If your current stats are right, I'd recommend slowly working up to 15-17.5mg/day. I don't feel a ton from yohimbine alone either, though I usually stack it with caffeine.

i can handle since first day 15mg of Y-hcl.. never had any issues stacking with tyrosine + caffeine (basic stack recommended by lyle mcdonald)..
Favourite diet:
Eating all day long Or Intermittent Fasting.
Favourite Supps:
Joints: Animal flex, Collagen, Vit-C... etc
Pre-WO stack: CAffeine+CM+AAKG+L-Arginine+BA
Essentials: multivit, O3, Creatine Monohidrate
Others: F95, Evomuse Abliderate
