    Yohimbe pills

    hey guys, i just got some Yohimbe pills, but im not sure when to take them.


    It says that the dosage is 3 pills a day, but doesnt say when to take em

    Y has best effects when taken fasted. Basically you cannot eat 2 hours before or after at least from when you take them. You might want to see about dosages as 3 pills seems kinda on the low side.

    Correct
    take them upon waking and optimal for fasted cardio
    start at 2.5mg of Y and assess tolerance and build your way upward to around 12-17.5mg
    if you feel jitters or headaches you may not be one that tolerates Y well and may need AlphaY

    Agree with first thing in the morning for fasted cardio and can be used in-between meals (3 hours post, 1 hour before) as well.

    Nope...gotta go hungry for 4 hours lol...I was told protein shake counts as intake so you would not be in a fasted state.

    Would recommend fasted for when to take them, and as bob said start with 2.5mg and work your way up to the .2mg/1kg body weight dosing.

    You can split doses if its more convenient

    Need to be in a fasted state for the Y to be effective. Also, if you add caffeine, you won't need as high of a dose.

    Starting low with the dose is always smart and work your way up. If possible, try and dose prior to cardio or any physical activity fasted. If unable to do that, you could for example: get your workout in, then pop the Y pills about 15 minutes before the workout is complete and reap the benefits, especially if you do cardio after training.

    8:00 Wake up - Drinking 1 scoop Alphamine
    10:00 - 1-2 scoops of protein
    12:00 - First Meal
    14:00 - Second Meal
    16:00 - Third Meal
    18:30 - Alphamine + Prework out - Hitting the Gym
    20:30 - After workout Protein Shake
    21:30 - Fourth Meal
    24:00 - Sleeping


    Hours are give or take 30 min ofc

    You do know Alphamine contains a form of yohimbe right (our SA2-A)?

    If you felt the need though, just throw in one cap (2.5 mg Y) with your Alphamine doses.

    If taking Alphamine...I would recommend stacking with Shift as it is made to stack with Norco or Alphamine. Plus add extra cap of F95 and you will be running the stack I will be hopefully trying out soon.

    15mg prime y-hcl with 250mf caffeine via prime fatburner every morning upon waking, eat roughly 4 hours later.... sometimes an additional 2.5-5mg preworkout.

    So obviously yohimbine as far away from food as possible BEFORE taking, but is it the same for after taking?

    For example, taking yohimbine upon waking (fasted) is far from food, but is there X amount of time to preferably eat again? Just give it like 1 hour minimum to do its job or something??

    Several things can come into play here. Did you take it with caffeine? How stim tolerant are you? How much does 4 caps equal? What extract is it?

    So you took 10mg? Hefty dose for the first time using it. As long as you didn't experience negative side effects, no worries. If your current stats are right, I'd recommend slowly working up to 15-17.5mg/day. I don't feel a ton from yohimbine alone either, though I usually stack it with caffeine.

    i can handle since first day 15mg of Y-hcl.. never had any issues stacking with tyrosine + caffeine (basic stack recommended by lyle mcdonald)..
