2gs in debt how much are you in the hole

for the 1st time in about 15 years no debt.

Sold one investment property and used profit to pay remainder of mortgage on my apt i live in, and the other apt I own as a rental, and then thru the rest in shares.

I have $250k revolving credit at 6.2% with the bank I can draw down on. I should really be leveraging off of this.

But lifes pretty sweet with a 88k job i barely work 30 hours a week for. $2.2k rental income a month, and monthly dividend payments from the shares I own.

also how do you make that much and only work 30 hours a week? line of work?

If all their friends going to college and their parents/teachers expect them to go to college, that is what they do, even if it is not the best option with fees so ludicrous.

About $7k atm, gonna be wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than that when i have my 2nd back surgery. Herniated L5/S1, No job, no insurance. Hopefully i'll be able to get some assistance through vocational rehab or something, otherwise, it will easily be +$225k. They already want to keep me in the hospital for 3 nights

About $40k in student loans. Was about $45k but I knocked a good chunk of it off when I made a bunch of money from eBay.

~$1500 on credit card @ 0% (for 6 more months)

Technically no debt though because I have more cash in checking account @ 2% interest than I do in debt.

the $800 will be paid off in 3 months, the $1800 will be paid off in 1 year or whenever I feel like selling the place and moving. The total interest I have left to pay on those is so low, probably around $100 dollars total, that I'd rather have the money in the bank as an emergency cushion.

well its a government job, meant to be 40 hours a week but i soon realized no one works even close to that, so my start times slipped to 9:30 and I leave about 5 each day. with long lunches, coffee breaks etc

I pay rates of about $1500, property manager fees about $1k, and body corporate about $1200.
