absolutely smoked this, probably could have probably done 385 but didn't have a spotter or safety's so i didn't want to risk it.
2nd squat session of the week, current bodyweight around 169. all i can say is i can not wait to go back to low bar.
followed this up with 310 3x5 paused and then some really wide stance sumo 3x4 with 365.

Not really a paused squat but good job none the less.

yea, the goal was to come to a complete stop and go up. sometimes when i watch it i think i did and sometimes it looks like i jumped the gun too early. but it flew up fast so oh well.
think right now i have a 405 high bar in me and a 430 low bar, maybe 435
****ty squat rack and no one here knows how to spot, like at all. so i will more than likely never go past 95% at this gym. only one in my town, school gym i can barely get access to *need supervision* and i live 40km away from my school so can barely go. pretty much just when i have p.e class i can get a squat session in there.
