To your second paragraph why do you keep using the wrong question? It's "are you a cheater" not "did you cheat"

Read what was just linked. Brady specifically told them he wanted the balls at 12.6, and as was already shown, the Colts balls were all underinflated as well.

They found no concrete evidence that the balls were purposely deflated. None. He's talking about advantages gained from something that we were pretty literally told over 250 pages has never been confirmed as happening.
