    stay in deficit or ckd, which one will have more fatloss results

    stay in deficit or ckd, which one will have more fatloss results


    I been in a deficit for a while. I am still going down in fat. I just curious if I should jump on the ckd bandwagon to speed things up.

    So far on my cut I have had no strengthloss. Currently at a 3 pack. Not sure how much more body fat I have to go but I want to lean as fast as possible and then start lean bulking.

    A calorie deficit causes fat loss, CKD has no effect on that. If you do CKD without a deficit, you wont be losing any fat.
