He looks so soft and has a looooott of bodyfat to lose. He does have a good structure but freakiness level of Dilllet?! Dilllett Is probably the freakiest freak in bodybuilding history with Ramy, Ronnie and Ruhl

Sure he has a good/wide structure but seriously comparing him to Dillett based off of these pics? that's almost as delusional as him thinking he's in good conditioning for 10 days out

Most guys don't give themselves enough time and aren't THAT meticulous.

Dorian was never out of shape, but he also tracked his calories/training year round and was ready 4 weeks out.

Other IFBB pros get too sloppy, then instead of dieting for 14-18 (which is what they need), they diet for 8-10. When they come in off they blame it on the carb up/food poisoning or the alignment of the stars, they then hang em up, call it a year and we'll see them back again next year.

From what i've heard some of the pros who get in good shape on the regular, this is pretty much true. I forgot who it was, but I think Phil was one of them. Basically said the reason they get in shape so consistently was that they diet longer than most other pros and that some people put on too much weight in the offseason and don't give themselves enough time to diet down.

does anyone else find his physique to be cutler-esque? he has a much smaller waist but his legs/abs/chest/arms especially in the fdb as well as his hams/glutes and even his lat insertions to some extent.... obviously much smaller with various differences but still noticeable to me.
