    Exclamation stop training my triceps?

i have a relatively defined triceps but my shoulders have been lacking. my arm looks super weird because theres no definition/crease that separates my tricep and my shoulders when you look at it from the side. they look like chubby fat arms even though im NOT chubby at all, started off very skinny. ive been training for about half a year and its becoming a bigger problem, should i just stop training my triceps and focus on my shoulders until i get that proper proportion? thanks

Never stop training a muscle just because it's "too big" haha. Just work the smaller muscle more and harder.

You gotta start hitting every part of your shoulders. I had pretty small shoulders as I would only do pressing motions to work them. After I started doing side raises, front raises, and face pulls to work the rear delts, that's when my shoulders started becoming more defined. I'd suggest starting with a push exercise, specifically standing military press, and then work with arnold dumbell press, side lateral raises, front raises, and finishing with a good few sets of face pulls.

EDIT: Edit title of your thread, I believe you meant to ask if you should stop training your triceps.

Increase volume or frequency for shoulder workouts and they'll start to catch up as long as diet is sufficient

Train every muscle as hard as you can, just train the smaller muscles even harder to grow.
