Lol. I have that problem too. When I go crazy, the calories drop too low and I can't lift a sack of 10lb potatoes for the life of me.
I frackin' HATE the sun. It's one of the reasons why I left California srs. I'm darker skinned than you guys and I burn way easily whereas I soon start looking like a ****lian (not that there's anything wrong with those beautiful people). My culture favours lighter-skinned folk. So yea.. I avoid the sun as much as possible.

I can relate to that, those two days of low calories totally fked up my recovery, 4 days since last lifting session and I haven't recovered at all, full of DOMs and weak as hell.

So I think i'll hang out in here a little bit. I had a bout of under eating and was suffering greatly for it. Calculated calories and was about about 1500-1600. I often underestimate my activity level. Had extreme fatigue and was gaining weight. wasn't getting any sleep, and when i did, even it was 8+ hours i'd feel like i haven't slept in days. went from 215 to 220 in two weeks (water i know). Read "starve mode" upped cals to 3000-3500. stayed at 219 all three weeks. Cutting now on 2500-2700 cals. I'll let you guys know how it goes.

i'm staying with the aunt who hosted me for a few weeks while i was renovating my place a while back. recapping what i shared in here last time -

>she had to empty the dish drain of all dishes to make room for mine/gave me a special sponge and chickpea flour/soap concoction to wash my dishes with.
>she had to smell my dishes after i washed them to make sure i'd cleaned them thoroughly.
fast forward to last night
>i accidentally sploded some hard boiled eggs in her microwave

The low cals wasn't intentional. I just was eating plenty food, just not enough cals and carbs. TOO clean.
and yes muzzie. Remember i do 15-20 hours of exercise between soccer/tennis/walking/ lifting. i played tennis for 3 hours sunday, soccer for 2:40 yesterday. 1:10 hour gym session yesterday and 1:15 session today. i've an hour of soccer tonight. that's nine hours in 3 days.

The dangers of healthy eating. It is pretty amazing how full you can feel on low cals if you eat super clean and avoid the calorie dense "healthy" food.

I am never going to understand women, like with this current #freethenipple thing. Where women wants to be able to walk around / post topless pics alongside of men, I can understand the gender equality aspect of it.
But why would women want to de-sexualize female breasts ? As it is today boobs are an empowering female asset and most men love em thus giving females power. I've made fun of this movement all over the religion and politics forum.
Here's my issue with it. 1) I'm not interested in seeing any nipples, male or female. Guys who take off their shirts just to show off their abs annoy me. It's a different story if they're feeling hot and are sweating etc.
2) the concept of modesty has died in general. I see girls at crossfit competitions wearing yoga pants that THEY KNOW (and everyone else knows) show their booty right through when they squat/do deadlifts etc. I don't wanna see that ish!
Since when did equality = immodesty? Aren't men attracted to classy, supple women who carry themselves well rather than the trashy, overly pretentious types?
Males and females are NOT equal. Anyone who says they are haven't had a sparring session with a dude or a all-out lifting session with a dude.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

Depends on what kind of attraction you are after.
Sex attraction (one night stand etc.) the fit trashy women in yoga pants and massive cleavage etc. wins.
Relationship attraction the classy supple women wins.
I'd bang the trashy overly pretentious crossfit or whatever type, but wouldn't want a relationship with someone who goes around showing everything off to everyone.
Im all in for seeing female nipples, but that's because they are "sexual" by instinct and it's rarity. But if it became the acceptable norm and everyone was topless everywhere then it would take the "magic" away from it and remove a fun part of the female body.
With all this gender equality and no body focus/pressure etc. we are stepping towards gender neutrality rather than "equality". I'm fine with equality in social,work,education etc.
But gender equality is a big nono, we have 2 different genders and we should embrace those differences and how they work on our instincts, not trying to equalize and neutralize them.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Yep, I agree with you. There are some things about feminists that tick me off. Primarily that they think taking people (males and females) away from their natural inclination to connect with the masculine and feminine energies is "equality."
It's okay for men to be a beard-wearing ogre of a man just like it's okay for a female to be a nurturing being who leans on her man for things that come naturally to him (like getting the groceries out of the trunk of the car).
Let people be.
Anyways.. in other news, I don't know wtf I did to my back but I'm having issues sitting and walking properly. I don't remember straining it. Is it because I'm getting fat? O_O

I agree.
All the bulk weight gone to the boobs causing a muscular imbalance I bet. Pretty hard to narrow down back issues as there can be so many factors causing it, could be a strain/tear that's getting inflamed and taking time to heal, could have slept in a poor position, heels, a strain from twisting etc. etc. etc. back stuff sucks.
And I just realized you wouldn't like me in the summer, would annoy you all the time by showing off at every possible scenario after the summer shred But in my defense I try to show off everything and not just the abs!My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:
