I didn't know that recent studies show that 97% of people who diet regain the weight lost within 3 years and many gain even more fat. Must keep that in mind :-)
Anybody can workout for an hour but controlling what you eat the next 23 hours is the real task.

The width of one finger as you hold out your arm to the sky is roughly equal to the distance that the sun will travel in 15 minutes. Thus, 4 fingers equals 1 hour. This is useful in figuring out how much daylight you have left.
