Pricing makes a huge difference. Some of FanDuel's prices right now are absurd. Dion Waiters is a perfect example at $4,600 playing starters minutes. There is no thinking involved in that, plug him in and move on. Sharper prices force you to actually dig a little bit to construct a lineup.

damn brah i fcking hate nights like that
that happened to me on monday night. had a nice and balanced LU. everybody in my LU held their own. but too many points were needed that night.
when all of the heavy hitters go big i dont usually do well because my LU is middle of the road balanced***Gender Non-Committed***

Tighter pricing does actually make the difference, it forces players to do more research and take more gambles in order to play certain players. The better dfs player would benefit from a tighter pricing scheme, a few months ago when there were 8 pg's over 10k is when I was doing my best because people couldn't see value, now there are 40 starters under 5k and they can produce.... Plus like Kanter and other players should be way higher

So why don't you guys finish #1 or top if it's easier and takes less research? Srs, it doesn't matter because everyone is on the same playing field. Everyone has the same choices so your arguments are invalid. Ok, the prices make it easier for whatever reason, so it makes it easier for you too.
Courtney Lee plays starters minutes, he sucks. CJ Miles plays starters minutes and he's up and down. Terrence Ross (not sure about his status right now) played starters minutes and he sucked. Waiters is also up and down.

Because you have less room for error to place you need people to hit 6x value at least.... You have one 5k dude hit 15 you're done.... When average placing is around 250 you make one error and you can compensate through 7 people a few more points.... It really is more luck when you can fit 3 great people in your lineup and then fill it with waiters, kcp and get lucky... I know those guys mostly have bad games but the value guys now are 20-30% drafted which if one hits you are done

damn, first time that i made a truly balanced LU where most players played to their floor
so it's an LU full of 25-30pt performances. not enough
highest score was 34.
then chose not to hope on the josh smiff bandwagon, and paid for it. thanks rudy gay!***Gender Non-Committed***
