I feel great but my clothes are baggy as hell lol.Lifting is going pretty well. ive been doing an upper/lower type split like like this:
monday: upper heavy
tuesday: lower heavy
wed: upper moderate
thurs: lower moderate
friday upper light
sat: lower light
Sun: upper very light
monday: off
then repeat.
I am benching, pulling, and squatting 3-4x a week but I only have one heavy day. I kind of heavy PLing on the back burner for now.
Ha..maybe at the end of my cut. My progress leaves much to be desired. Thanks for poppin' in.I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol

update:
weighed in this morning at 179.0 lbs...havent weighed this since the summer of 2013. Also set a bench pr of 280 two days ago(pathetic i know, lmao) . I'll probably diet down to 170 then maintain and hopefully recomp at that weight.I fall off the lifting wagon all the time but I'm still here lol
