Ok as far as I know six meals a day is supposed to be balanced meals protein fat and carb at each meal.
Ok I know what six meals a day is small individual balanced meals not three big meals.
The problem is
how small is my meals supposed to be?
I dont want to haft to count calories.
This is what im thinking a small meal could be something as easy as
a can of tuna fish some nuts and a half whole wheat english muffin
like that right?
Or why dont I just take what I normally eat for breakfast lunch and dinner and split it in half
And eat at the other half three hours later?
Can it work that way?
Im a very healthy eater and never tried this and am willing to give it a try since I am involved athletically in so many sports maybe it would help me get leaner.
There is nothing wrong with my current diet there never was all my macro-nutrients are perfect I get them tested by blood every month.
Remember I am not trying to get big or gain weight so im not going eat big to get big like you guys that body build.
I like to stay lean.
Give me some examples of your small meals and the portions in them.
I am asking for examples thats all im asking to get a better understanding of how much food is needed at each one of teh 6 meals.
