Still training, but nothing too special to write about really. My back's keeping me from training as explosively as I'd like though.
Since it's fun, I decided to run Smolov Jr again. This time it's Incline Bench and BB Curl - trying something here. Plus my spaghetti arms could use a boost. Here's the workout from last night
Smolov Jr - Week 1, Workout 1
Incline Bench
8 sets of 6 - 255lbs
BB Curl
8 sets of 6 - 115lbs

Thanks. In between the Smolov workouts I do work the other muscles. Right now since the focus is chest and biceps, on alternate days I throw in back, shoulders and legs.

Thank, but I'm pretty sure my self loathing is justified. In this latest bulk my attempt to gain muscle has been an utter failure. I gained approximately 30lbs of body mass and unfortunately all but 2lbs has been water and fat. Once I cut back to my original BF %'age I doubt there will be any visual change in my physique. I'm just not that strong of a BBer...FML!
Anyways, I missed a bunch of posts. Finished up the Smolov Jr cycle last week. Not sure what to do with myself now.Team General Mills
