Will never come in conditioned enough to win it. It will be a problem for him his entire career. He should of been able to come in with better conditioning this year given the fact that it was such an issue last year. But he will win the Paul Dillett Award for freak factor every year.

Do you even hamstring injury and not being able to do any cardio for the last 6 weeks leading up to the Olympia?
Give the guy a bit of a break man, he is also only 30. Let's see what he brings this year in terms of conditioning, that is, if he can stay injury free and do his prep without having to sacrifice his cardio.
Also agree with post above. Should be able to come in shredded with Ronnie type numbers, high 290's, if he is indeed that relatively lean and 352 lbs in offseason pic posted.THE LEVRONE 2016 MR. OLYMPIA COMEBACK

Doubt ramy was only 280 at the O, especially considering his lack of condition. He was 284, supposedly, at the O amateur and he has been in the high 280's as far as i know since. With his bad condition, unless he lost muscle in the prep, he should be higher than that.
He is no way 352 though. Lets not forget he is mentored by a guy, who is now natural lol, that measures quad separation progress based on a flexed/unflexed pic comparation."Kai's traps outsize him, when you compare them to the rest of his body, he's very very thick there, it makes him unbalanced." - Lee Thompson

I think he was high 280s at NY pro and he was in good condition in that show.. very dry from the front. Low 280s would have been absolutely diced imo, with a backside to match is front.. he is still young and making improvements, I bet he could be 285 to 290 this year in shape to keep up with phil in Condyioning. He can Def still add some good quality back mass as well as chest

If he could come in at 285-290 with par conditioning to Phil, don't see how they could deny him a win. Especially with a more streamlined or controlled waist while being 25+ pounds heavier. He would literally dwarf Phil in a side-by-side. If Phil comes in next year even more off than this year, really, he could end up 3rd with Ramy/Rhoden or even Kai ahead. We know they will never give it to Kai so Ramy is the next one with potential to take the thrown imho. If Phil shows up in 2011 shape, well then we will get a potential dog fight if Ramy comes in with par conditioning. Can't wait.
