Anyone recommend a creatine supplement?
Perhaps non-monohydrate? Effective and affordable?
Least side effects and less water absorption?
I am not one to drink tons of water, and I do not want to load/cycle
Looking to spend my G N C gift card...
Thank you!

You do not have to load or cycle mono. Simply take 3-5g a day daily. As far as drinking plenty of water, you should be doing so anyways to stay hydrated especially if you are active and workout.
Axis Labs Creatine Monohydrate is a very high quality creatine at a great price.
I recommend creatine mono because it is the most researched and it is cheap and effective.Controlled Labs PROmore Review: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=173734971&p=1488086951&posted=1#post1488086951

No mater the creatine, no matter the supplement, you gotta drink lots of water. It does a body good reagrdless of supplementation or not. And really, any form of creatine, one should be drinking good amount of water, so not taking mono won't cause you to have less of a need for H2O.
That sais, my rec for mono would be Kre-Alkalyn from All American EFX. I personally take it in tablet form for the convenience of not having to mix it in anything, but also come sin powder & liquid. Non-mono if u must would be CreaCore,*Team All American EFX Sports.
