what tags did you set? Does it stick between reloads/page-clicks? I spent about 45 mins fking with it before I gave up.

snav-desk is the navigation bs, type-ahead is the search box and wr__logo is self explanatory

thx man, updated it, there was some weirdness with the logic where the existence of the tag to hide the nav was causing it to appear and reset.

thats what I've been fighting ... its really inconsistent too, sometimes it stays and sometimes not

I might take it out until I can figure out what to touch/not touch and make it work.

I would have been fine with this if we had gotten the "notification everytime someone quotes your post" thing we have been asking for, for so long now.

It's almost 2015. You can't have message board with this many people and not have something like that. It cant be that hard to add since so many other forums have it + we already get notifications from other stuff.

If you remove search, logo, but leave the main navigation stuff and set height to 30 it looks decent ss inc

it still works, I've been getting notifications but they have been a lot slower than normal. Maybe parsing the new html (which is absolutely gigantic btw) is the problem?
