This is so true. Its fuked up that people don't wanna admit that we are just different. No one is inferior to the other, just different. Hell that's probably what attract us to another human being in the first place, the fact that he/she is different therefore spike curiosity.

But no, to them we are all the same exact manufacture copy. I think some of them are just ashamed of who they are and take it out by blaming the toys they played with.

Even if I start lighter I eventually reach a plateau maybe 5-10lbs heavier than my last and considering it takes 4 weeks to run-up to previous 5RMs it's not time-effective. I think it's just understimulating, 1x5 is only making my deadlift grow...presses sure as hell won't and squats are hit and miss.

Any advice? Looking at Texas Method or Candito's. 5/3/1 looks good but the progression is too slow for someone with my experience.

I hated that course.

We covered stupid topics such as the sexism in describing the fertilizing of the egg by sperm., it's sexist to say the sperm race towards the egg because it makes the egg seem passive which enforces gender stereotypes.

Also, if you say females are physically weaker you are also enforcing gender stereotypes and gender inequality.

For the lifting when was the last time you took some time off or did a back down week?
Just finished the 4-week re-run which are lighter loads. I only got 2 PR weeks for squat this time, 0 for either press, and 2 for Deadlift. Today should have been 320x5 squat but I missed the fifth, 200x5 bench but I missed the 5th (same as last week).

How long have you been on a 5x5, 5/3/1, or strength type of program?
Did SS, then ICF, and Madcow's since March. They all play around with 5 rep sets.

What are you trying to achieve?
Highest total @ lowest bodyweight. Right now I'm like 1020 at 156.8.

Love it. If I could I'd do it everyday but I haven't come across any programs with that frequency and I don't feel comfortable with programs based on RPE. I'm not really showing any symptoms that suggest a deload's necessary.

i just answered in bold. I think I maybe overestimated my 5RMs beginning madcows this time which would make sense but Ive never had success progressing either press with a 1x5 rep scheme and it seems to be a very common problem with this routine.

Not sure how strong you are but just perform a lot of volume IMO. Madcows is good for a decent bit but above beginner it seems to stop progressing (especially bench). When I was training for strength I would bench 3x a week, squat thrice, and deadlift once.
