Very strict man. Stuck with the deficit and did weekly refeeds with EC stack pretty much worked for me

I'm about to have one of those refeed. What do people usually go for on those days? Excess calories or is it like eating the same amount of calories using carbs?

I always end up binging and going well over 10k calories when I start going over my daily intake lol

What I did was go up to maintenance calories mostly on carbs. It's not really a "binge" day... it's just to get your glycogen stores replenished

Lol I read if you binge, your whole weeks worth of dieting is pretty much null. Don't really know if it's broscience though

As for binge ruining your week, it is not bro science sadly. I have experienced with it a lot as it is almost 'disorder' status for me. 7-10k cals will easily cause a huge bloat from water weight gain and instead of keeping the fat burning process on, your body will spend 1week returning to your state prior to the say binge.

My birthday was on Nov 2 last month and man I went insane. Fast food like Mcdonald, Domnios, kfc, tons and tons of chocolate, cookies, cake etc. Add to that lots of beers and Scotch and I easily had over 25k in one weekend. I felt like I was going to die lol. Took about 3-4weeks to fully recover aesthetics wise.

Since I spend this lovely oil patch rotation waking up at 330am instead of 430am I have now started exercising in my tiny room and on my tiny bed instead of walking 39297294 miles (jk kilometres) down the hallways to the gym. #fatlife

Can confirm, that stuff is great. Do you use Pseudoephedrine tho? I know its weaker but I find if I mix it with enough caffeine it does the job.

Yeah her parents are from France but she was born and raised in Laval, so it might be different? Never had any other types than theirs.

I once dated a girl who was from France and her cooking skills were on point. It was awesome just doing the groceries with her watching the schit she was picking while trying to figure what she was going to cook that night. I think she was the exception tho. Pretty sure most French girls are the same as our girls in term of cooking skills. She was from a small country town in France too. Had she been from Paris, I would've run faster than Forest.
