HEYY!!! I must admit I have been eating well this week. As for holiday plans, nothing too big, me and my mom and grandma always just do a little christmas eve celebration, toast to a good year, have some snacks and listen to holiday music and just chat. It is our little tradition. As for Christmas, it will basically be exactly like thanksgiving only with ham instead of turkey and gifts!
Then with my birthday coming up on the 10th as well, I will be trying to balance the "off" days with continued weight loss.
Very kind of you! Thank you.
That means much and more to me, coming from a stark. You honor me!
Thank you, I certainly shall(392.4 lbs pounds lost so far)

HOLY ****ING CHIT! BRAH KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DUDE! I wish I could prepare meals as well as you dude.
Lets be semi realistic tho, I have a question, When you get down really lean do you plan on getting the excess skin removed? If so that would be even more sickening & im sure some bb.com brahs would be willing to donate towards it.Fresh out the neg prison.

This is really, really impressive. I myself was closer to than further from 400 lbs. less than a year ago. I'm simply stunned by the amount you've lost though. Keep it up!!!
If I can do this, so can you.
Inspiration may come from others, but motivation must come from within.

If it's not covered, you know we're always there for you. We almost always look out for one of our own. Also, I'm gonna need you and your mom to start up a professional kitchen and have food delivered to paying customers across all states via specialized trucks. :-P Because that food you have each day looks gooooooood.
Also, any recommendations for getting over being sick (common cold) really fast besides Emergen-C? (Which I've been chugging down lately thanks to you telling me about it in the past. It does help a bit.) So far I've been taking dayquil for the clogged up and runny sinuses and Hall's sore throat drops for the obvious since I have a sore + scratchy throat. I think I've got most of my bases covered, but if there's anything else that you or Mama Wetty try, I may give it a go.

Sorry to hear that, however, I do post in other threads. I simply post in this one the most often. I show support regularly to others trying to make gains. Surely you can't expect me to spend every waking moment posting? Also, If you check out my video logs, you will see me posting recipes as of late. What would you call that if not an attempt to give back and help others who are trying to lose weight? I also would argue that posting in this thread is mutually beneficial, as I have meticulously recorded every step of the process of losing a large amount of weight naturally. Ideally, this would give someone in a similar position the tools needed to emulate the process.
Appreciate it, very glad that I did. When I go back and look at some of the original videos, I still cringe, but it was necessary
Thanks man! The gym has helped so much, chest/traps starting to make gains

What do you want him to do, start posting FA threads and crying about his oneitis? The guy has inspired more miscers and lurkers into changing their lives for the better than 99% of the posters on this forum ever will.
He has also shown that underneath all the **** that goes on in the misc, there is still a solid community of decent people that will help a person in need.
-
12-04-2014, 02:15 PM #5036
why the **** would I want that? Your speaking like misc is full off useless threads like you mentioned.
Well there are stereo, tomorrowland, defcon threads, troll threads, tinder threads, douchebag threads, inspiring threads ( this is not the only one.... (thats all the original misc is all about actually)
And wetbreats: I'm not anybodies hater. I got a mad respect for anyone who does something good for himself and what your doing is really inspirational. I mean you could have instead justify your situation like using big bone BS or joining stupid obesity enabling like "I stand" "beauty at every size" and fool yourself forever. But you choose the right path.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable. - Socrates
You'll see it soon brah. We are all gonna make it.
The point of my question was: you didnt seem to be caring about misc too much. I have never seen you posting outside of this thread really and it kinda bothered me. This thread has been on sticky status for a year now; I wouldnt care too much otherwise
Bye and much love. Mucx ( no homo)

Appreciate the love, and I very much care about the misc. In every video I make, the first tag I put is misc, I have never and will never forget where I came from and how my life was saved. I assure you that I do post outside of this thread and do reach out to others regularly. I have visited a vascular surgeon recently who gave me the name of a quality skin surgeon who will possibly be working with me to map out a full body plan. I plan to call on monday and see what I would need to do to establish a medical need so that it could possibly be covered by my insurance. Basically, if my insurance will cover it, I will do it as soon as the surgeon thinks I am ready. If it is not covered by insurance, I will continue on as is.
It would be nice to lose the skin and surely would take off some more pounds, but the loose skin is nothing, problem wise, compared to what the weight was. If I had to learn to live with the loose skin, it would not be the end of the world. My quality of life still will have improved 100 fold.
This is one of the biggest reasons I don't post tons outside of the thread. Simply replying to a thread that happens to have supporters in it often turns the thread into people giving me encouragement and asking me questions about my weight loss. I am certainly blessed to have so much great support, but the OP of the thread and others might not appreciate having their topic completely hijacked.
I also don't wish to alienate supporters by posting views in topics that can often be controversial and/or strongly opinionated. So it limits the type of threads that I participate in.Last edited by Wetbreasts; 12-04-2014 at 05:59 PM.
