If you're going to stay natty lift for health reasons and not aesthetics otherwise you'll be disappointed.

I hear this side of the argument a lot and I also hear that frequency + consistency + diet = slow but will eventually lead to aesthetics. I've been lifting 2 years but call it 1 year because I wasn't consistent last year and I'm looking good (good doesnt quite cut it IMO) when compared with an average 18 year old.

If you don't care about being insanely lean, you can get pretty damn big, if you want to hover around 7-8% bf, you wont be a freak, but you'll easily look like you lift. Basically, phuck what people think/tell you is the limit because that will just hinder your motivation. Aspire to a physique you enjoy and see what you got!
