Let me just say that the belt doesn't make the lifter. I've had a generic $49 13mm belt I bought on eBay for 5 years. Still works good thru all the squats and sled drags I put it thru.
Spend more time on the lifts. The belt will be fine.630/500/550 - 1680 3/29/15

Lever belt

Single prong

I prefer prong belts over lever but everyone is different. I have a double prong that is the best imo that I got off of houseofpain.com about 3 years ago. Anyways, here are some links to some cheap but decent belts.Best gym lifts:
Squat: 515
Bench: 380
Dead: 585
OHP: 235

Second one is the belt I would like to buy but I have problem with size large is not in stock at this time and I don't know when it will be available so I have 2 options here to buy one size smaller or one size bigger.
Medium size 29-36
X-large size 35-42
My waist at the moment is 35 inches I was thinking of getting X-large and if it was too lose make extra hole by myself or should I buy medium? I don't expect to bulk more than 185 will my waist go over 36 inches? I am a little confused here. (copy pasting thread I already opened)Squat: 152,5kgx5
Bench: 85x5
Deadlift: 180kgx1

I will say beforehand, do your research... but purely anecdotal, I thought the bodybuilding.com belt was a great starter belt for the price.

I sold it off after a year when I bought an Inzer belt. Comparably, the inzer belt was tighter, but it had not been broken in yet at that point.
