I'm just looking to get some clarification on the keepers here. How many years can we keep a current keeper? Also, let's say there was a player drafted in the second round the first season, they weren't kept, and then were taken in the 8th, 9th, 10th round, etc. this past season. They go as a keeper for the round they were taken in this year with no exceptions, right?

It's going to be a damn tight finish the end the season. I don't even feel comfortable at 8-3 right now as I can still miss the playoffs if I lose my last two games.

Tate and Sanders were great picks for No thanks Julio LOL, or else he'd be toast right now. That kind of sucks that you had Peterson and have McCoy who hasn't been great this year. However, you're in seventh place with a chance to make the playoffs.

Hey I know it's still early but I would like to propose some changes and see what you guys think. Basically I was thinking about making a change from a draft league to an auction league. I have some rules below, let me know if this is something that you guys want to do and what rules can be added and changed.

-$300 auction budget
-$100 Free Agent Auction Budget (FAAB)

Players value for all players drafted in 2014 will be the average auction value they were drafted at in 2014.

Players kept from the original 2013 season will use the AAV from the 2013 season. If they were waiver wire pick ups, they are subject to the "signing bonus" and 20% for each season held. If they were drafted, only the 20% "contract" applies.

Free agents picked up off of the waiver wire in 2014 will be $10. Every year after, when a FA is picked up they are held at their FAAB value. There will be a $10 "signing bonus" on all FAs and are subject to the 20% "contract". Values are rounded up.

OR EVERY player starts at their 2014 value, FAs and drafted player. FAs still apply "signing bonus" or no?

Every year (including this year) will have a 20% "contract extension" for every keeper. The "signing bonus" does not apply. Again, all values are rounded up.

If a player, in contract, is dropped during the season, there will be a 40% cap hit of the contract value, next season.

If a team is abandoned, the cap hit does not apply to the new owner.

If a trade is made, the new owner assumes the contract.

Players can be dropped in the offseason and no cap hit will occur. The player will go back into the draft pool.

FAAB dollars can be traded.

Trading of next years auction budget is permitted as long as both parties pay their entry fee for next year.

The advanced payment will be insurance in case that owner leaves the league in the offseason.

The vacated spot will be filled in the offseason by a new owner who will pay the entry fee upfront for the following year but play the current year for no charge.

Agreed on fees must be paid by an agreed on time.

Kept players must be declared 24 hours before the draft.
