    I've only been lifting almost two years now and I've always been a bigger kid so I want to lean out and lose the fat and then do a really slow lean bulk to get bigger.

    I hear ya. I was the same. 7-8 years ago i was 250+ lbs (not muscle lol) and when i got myself down to 180 from cutting out all sugars from my diet, my energy level went up and since then I've had a goal to get close to that weight again but in muscle mass haha

    February 2013 i was 215lbs and that was the heaviest I ever was. I wasnt obese or anything but i was fluffy. I ended up not getting a bid for the fraternity I wanted so i had all second semester with free time. this was my freshman year, so my brother said go to the gym, and I did....and i havent stopped since. I worked out all spring summer of 2013 and got down to about 195lbs then returning back to school sophomore year i slipped a little and got up to 208lbs but I was getting a lot stronger just not eating as clean. January 2014 i said i want abs, I want a real physique so i kept my training going strong and ate extremely clean...january to may i went from 208lbs to 185lbs and my big three lifts actually remained the same/increased a little. Over the summer i ate healthy, with some slips here and there due to working at a bar and second internship and not going to the gym as much but now im back on eating super clean and my goal now is to lose that fat, get my body fat low enough to have muscle/ab definition. So my goal is roughly 10-12% body fat so somewhere around 160-170lbs, and then from there I want to slowly clean bulk.     Felt the pop right by my right arm pit which is where the pec muscle connects. Now I've got some bad bruising in that area. Saw a shoulder doctor yesterday and he said the bruising is too much to determine if I need surgery.

    My right arm has to be propped up and out, when I walk I look like frankenstein. But that's the least painful position for me. My vicodin is helping out a lot though. Like I said, the most annoying part is that I just just won big with the recent huge Universal Nutrition promo, now I'm gonna be out of the gym for a loooonng time. Could be worse I guess. Be careful when you're benching brahs!!

    i debated on getting Storm but figured torrent would cover for a while, i mentioned I made like 6 different variations of my stack, real gains was a staple (later I decided on size) but Storm was in the first versions.

    I woulda gone with the grape as well so nice job on that one grape flavors are the chit! Enjoying the Peanut Butter Hi Proteins the most atm delishious
