Hit chest today, but woke up late so I had to workout fasted...then had a bowl of oatmeal and my protein shake after workout, on my way to class, my skin felt tight like I had a huge pump and my brain was like dam i feel ripped....dem feels when I know its my mind playing a trick on me lol

Great thread start up GK! Im glad to join in on this haha I have a shoulder workout coming tonight after work. I also have decided to do some video reviews of some of the supps I received from the big stack. I think i'll post them up here and over on my 2nd IG account devoted to gym and supplement stuff.

Absolutely exhausted today bros...think I'm going to hit my ZMA and N1-T and go to bed early. I've been getting ridiculously solid sleep lately with the ZMA and I honestly think Universal's (at least for me) is a better ZMA supp from a sleep perspective (obviously it does a lot more). Feel like I'm actually resting and waking up fresh rather than just zonking out.

Sooo I was one of the winners of the recent universal promo. Today was the first day I was going to use my new supps(torrent, pro&oats, whey pro, casein pro, atomic 7, uninvite, red hot? Shock therapy).



Ran a mile then jumped straight into bench press. Warmed up then upped the weight for 3 sets of 225x12 reps. Halfway through my 3rd set I popped my right pec. I went and saw a dr. and he said I may need surgery but the swelling is too much to determine if I do.



If ANY of you guys have had a similar injury please let me know or PM me, I have a lot of questions. Praying that I don't need surgery

First off i'm loving your stack there, got some quality components to it. Secondly and most importantly, where did you feel the pop? Was it closer to your Sternum or closer to your shoulder? Im thinking the "pop" and the immense swelling could be attributed to a more possible pec tear. To the extent of the possible tear I can't determine without some hands on work but lets hope some ice and rest will cut the swelling down and help with pain. The first couple days I suggest ice many times throughout the day 15 minutes or so keeping it on. Possibly in about 4 days or so some LIGHT massage might help move some swelling out if a lot of swelling is still present. Kepp us updated though and if you have more questions or concerns just ask bud, goodluck!

A pec injury?!?!?!?! I'm sorry to hear that man! That sounds terrible. Hope its not too bad that it keeps you from the gym. Always sad to hear fellow lifters getting injuries take care of it bro

I made the switch to Uni-Vite as my multi a couple months ago so when i picked my stack, i threw on 3 more bottles to stock up haha

Going to start using ZMA Pro in the coming weeks. Haven't used a zma or t booster before so im looking forward to the benefits that will come in my bulk this winter been pushing myself harder this year and have seen results in both my size and strength. The more results i see makes competing cross my mind more too lol even tho my original goal was for fitness, then it turned to putting on a little size and strength, and now its to be a giant in the gym. 225-230lbs with 10% bf in season & closer to the 240-245 off season.

Big goals that are still far away but this U stack (when it comes) will bring my game to new heights
