I've noticed that during fights the gf usually tries to get in the way, hold someone back, or generally yell louder than the commotion already going on. I've talked to my girl about just backing up, grabbing a brick or a rock and her cell phone and getting ready....if its a one on one thing then let it happen then call for help, if i get jumped throw the rock at whoever is on top of me and run while calling for help...chances are im done either way.

Agreed to some extent- vid. doesn't show how the fight started. Dude did his best to stay out of it, keep her at bay, and keep the dude at bay, but did what he had to do when that dude cole cocked her. If we lived in a logical world, I'd expect her to be going to jail, the sucker kick to the head after he was down was pure trash. Guess I missed that part- I'll blame the potato. White Knight is biggest victim in all of this. Still, law says that the dude she slapped should have walked away and filed a report. True justice could have been served if that had happened- no deserved beat down in that case. He let his emotions get the best of him. Now, he might go to jail for assault. Best outcome is that she goes to jail for assault right along with him, and white knight is spared. Crossing fingers.
