One week into my diet for 2015 ASC
Weight 292 - Cedric
He's about ~15 pounds over his contest weight, I think.
Hopefully, given 18 weeks, we'll see the most conditioned Cedric yet.

Looks to be in great condition for first week of contest prep. I hope he doesn't come in flat.

If he can improve from his AC last year at all, I think this will be his show.
292 with quad feathering... I wish I could be 192 with quad feathering.
Also, to tom11 pointing out potential gyno, does Ronnie Coleman bother you, too?
Such an amazing physique, we're pulling for you, Ced!___________________________________________________________

Probably just a place with decent lighting where they could take a pic.
Being too lean for too long in a prep can be a bad thing. When I prep clients I tell them I don't want them late or ahead, I want them on time or SLIGHTLY ahead.

What's are your thoughts on Dorian's approach being near contest ready about 6 weeks out and then being stage ready 2 weeks out and then adjusting to stay at that level ready for contest day? Only issue for Dorian was he was mostly flat and ripped rather than full and ripped which would have looked stupidly impressive.

If he comes "that lean" to any competitive show, he won't win anything big. Today's bbing standards is to have that shredded glutes combined with mass and then maybe some aesthetics to that.
It was last year's AC, remember the hype around him being "sooooo lean"? Imho, If he doesn't go 2 levels beyond that, he'll place out of top 2.
