Mast, nice... I had suspicions based on your name, but figured I'd ask.
Juan, what are your lifts nowadays then? If after a couple years training you think 3/4/500 for B/S/D, where are you now after 17 years? 4/5/600? More?
Progressive overload works but it has its limitations. My chest is still poverty and I know I can at least single 315lbs. My favorite is seeing the monsters in the gym benching 275lbs for reps that look like off-season pro bodybuilders. That bonus protein synthesis.

I'm not implying that at all. But your inclusion of performance enhancing substances is irrelevant to an argument of who has a harder work ethic. None of us know who works harder than who. Larger gains are showcased, however, much more evidently through an athlete on performance enhancing substances
