Hmm, weird reply.
PS: had a blood test done, after 8 months on a raw eggs diet(approx.15-20 whole eggs every single day) and everything was normal(Total Cholesterol, LDL, HDL etc).
So much for ppl thinking that eating a lot of eggs will give you a high cholesterol, it could not be further from the truth

If you are doing this every day you are just plain stupid. You're getting 1500 calories a day from a single food source. So much for balance, and nevermind the fact that the risk food poisoning and less nutrient bioavailability that comes with raw eggs. And you like the taste? Most people I've known that tried raw eggs simply chugged them down as fast as possible to get it over with. You sit around and sip on a glass of raw eggs?

Chances for food poisoning isn't the main concern, IMO. It's the massive amounts of avidin you'd be taking in. This could eventually lead to biotin deficiency.
I don't condone it, but sounds like you've got your mind set.
And also, for 1,400 calories I'd rather have something more logical, like a pint of Ben & Jerry's.

I can think of so many better ways to consume 20 eggs a day- omelet, scrambled, quiche, fritata, french toast.... such a waste to have them raw; less bio-availability too.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

I agree with the user who put the 1500 calories worth of eggs in perspective.
A little more variation in your diet would be more optimal.
But to answer the question, no, I don't like raw eggs.
Not afraid of food poisoning, just think it's gross, and a waste of quality eggs.I like personal responsibility and accountability. When you admit you are the problem you are simultaneously admitting you are the solution.

Its really your choice, i like boiling my eggs for about 2-3 min then cracking them in a cup and adding a bit of montreal steak spice then i can drink it semi hard every now and then lol. Like everything, you should take them in moderation, 16 is a bit much and expensive i wouldent worry about salmonella cause it is very hard to get threw raw eggs. I have fresh farm eggs so eating them raw or smi raw isent bad. the texture is what kills me about raw and makes me want to vomit lol. 3-4 min is perfect for me. to each their own man just take it easy and youll be good. try doing just 4 eggs in the morning and you should be good or add 4 post workout its your choice man. i think 8 and 8 is too much. cut it in half.

way to take one of the single best tasting, nutritious, versatile foods in the history of food and chose to consume it in the worst way possible.
one of our cooks will sometimes consume a raw egg by cracking open the top, sprinkling a bit of salt, and then downing it. but in his defense, it's his hangover cure.Domicron's Basement Gym and Fun House
