    Fats and Protein Requirements

    How do I calculate my daily fats and protein requirements?

    Taking into consideration my age, amount of training, height, weight and so on.


    I'm 6ft, 70kg, 21 years old, I train 6 times a week which is typically weight training with minimal cardio.

    Recommended Protein is 0.6-0.8g perlb
    Fats are 0.45g per lb

    So Protein would be 95g minimum and fat 70g minimum you can eat more if thats your preference.
