Another year older, but looking and feeling younger ...
So my birthday was Sunday (10/5), and I turned 36 years young. I gave myself the best gift by completing my 6 week transformation on my bday as well. I wanted to share my journey for those who are hoping to make a change themselves.

Overall change since May 2014. Less than 5 months, and a lot of hard a$$ work:
5/14: 235-lbs @ 30.0% BF
8/24: 205-lbs @ 20.4% BF
10/5: 179-lbs @ 8.9% BF

Thanks everyone! Still puttin' in that work. Down to 8.1% bf at 180-lbs. Did try and slow the fat loss down just a tad though, for these next 12 weeks.
