Alright so, to start this post out I will say that I am very sensitive to caffeine, so much so that a single coffee gives me borderline anxiety if drunken quickly. I was hesitant to order a pre workout because of this, but I decided I'd try it.
I had a scoop of wfr, and felt basically nothing. After about 15 minutes I have a slight tingling sensation on my left foot, and my heart rate was barely elevated. Like, less elevated than when I drink green tea.
What gives? I know I am not stim tolerant, I rarely have more than two cups of coffee a month, and like i said, just a regular cup nearly gives me anxiety.
Very confused, I didn't notice any extra pump either. To be fair though, it was chest day. Still, I was expecting at least some differences.
