Hey Guys, what's up!
A while ago, (As I used to post on here a few years ago), I posted some of my videos documenting my cut and the struggles of getting lean whilst being a full time student.
A lot of people were really supportive and it was amazing to know I had helped to motivate others similar to me, however one user posted some negative comments, saying that I would never get "a six pack" and all the typical negative trolling nonsense.
Anyway, here I am, still cutting, not finished on my current journey, but happy to prove him wrong.
(Progress Pics are at the end)
I enjoyed documenting my weightloss with sporadic Vlogs, via my Six Pack Shred Series (1-14), you can see me drop from 235 pounds to 185 pounds, on my way to 175 pounds and under 10% bodyfat. Then begins a lean bulking and strength series.
The channel isn't one of those 'wannabe' youtube fitness guru channels, I'll leave that to the experts, I just enjoy documenting my own progress.
If I can help motivate just one person to keep lifting, then I am extra pleased.
If no one watches, then so be it, I'm having fun.
Let me know what you guys are all doing, whether you are bulking or cutting, or whether you have any questions I can answer, or problems I might have encountered!
I don't want to divulge too much information, but I owe an explanation to the 5 month gap in my Youtubing:
If this doesn't motivate you... I don't know what will, I've been through and am currently still (unfortunately) going through some of the worst, most distressing, upsetting things that we can experience as humans, all at once. Naturally, youtube dropped off. But I'm STILL getting fuarking shredded!!
Long way to go,
keep lifting guys!!
