Hello guys...Can I have an estimate on BF.?My calculator says 14-15% but I think I'm lower.I think the leftover skin since I lost weight(was 297lbs and now after 1 and a half year I'm 178lbs) is messing with the image I see in the mirror..What do you say..??

No way. You need a longer term view. You need to lose 25-30 pounds to get near that BF%. That will take 4-6 months of steady progress.Originally Posted by zagaboi

I concur, I'm approaching 40lbs (4 months) lost and moved from about 30-35% to 20% and I still have about 10-15lbs to go before 15%. Stay dedicated and motivated and you will get there! 2ish pounds a week and plenty of protein and you'll be fine.Originally Posted by zagaboi

was wondering what you all think my bf% is? At work had a health screen and they used a hand held device and said 13%, and the scale in my bathroom says 19.4. was wonder what you thought. thanks

Brah's gotta get scientific to see results at this point. Going to go Keto for a few months and see what happens but need an accurate-ish body fat estimate to calculate macros / calories. I bought some calipers and measured according to Scooby's video (*****://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPy-D9LZQqM) and it measured 9% (feel like that's wildly inaccurate) and I tried the electronic handheld method and it registered at 13.3%.
5' 11" / 178 lbs / waist line is 37" around love handles measured with seamstress tape.
Still have love handles which aren't that visible from this angle.
