    How to get rid of water weight for a photoshoot/comp

    At the moment I'm drinking more water and limiting my sodium intake. Usually if I drink the night before I appear more dry the next day. Would drinking alcohol the night before be good? What is the best way to drop excess water weight before a shoot or comp?
